The HEPA filter interceptor is a permanent filtration unit installed on the wall, next to any central vacuum power unit. This interceptor can be installed at the air intake or exhaust of the central vacuum unit. Those two types of installation are appropriate, but require careful attention.
Warning! To ensure the good functioning of the HEPA filter when it is installed at the vacuum unit air intake, it is essential to install a permanent dust collector with a filter/bag. This collector must be installed at the HEPA interceptor air intake, in order to ensure a superior filtration and protect the interceptor.
